Pre-order terms.
The short version: order and pay online, then collect from the shop in the time slot you choose. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who we are
Greedy Cow Bakes is run by GCB LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at 395 Hackney Road, London E2 8PP, or greedycowbakes@hotmail.com.
Ordering
- You can pre-order for collection on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Orders for each day close at 6pm the day before.
- Prices are in pounds and are the total you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and we email you a confirmation. That’s when our agreement with you begins.
- If, rarely, we can’t make your order, we’ll tell you as soon as we can and refund you in full.
Collection
- Collect your order from 395 Hackney Road, London E2 8PP, on the day and in the time slot you chose. Just give your name or order number at the counter.
- Please collect during your slot. Your bakes are made fresh for it, and we can’t promise they’ll still be at their best if you’re late.
- We don’t deliver.
Cancellations and refunds
- Our bakes are fresh food made for a particular day, so the usual 14-day right to cancel an online order doesn’t apply.
- Once you’ve paid, we can’t cancel or refund your order if you change your mind or miss your collection slot.
- This doesn’t affect your legal rights. If something is faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us when you collect, or email us the same day, and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Allergens
All our doughnuts contain gluten, dairy and egg. Our kitchen isn’t nut-free, so any item may contain traces of nuts. If you have an allergy, email greedycowbakes@hotmail.com before you order, and remind us when you collect.
Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that’s a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. How we handle your personal details is explained in our privacy policy.
